Freya and Frankie / BOTH ADOPTED

FRANKIE and FREYA, Both ADOPTED. arrived a little later than planned in the wee hours of this morning so we settled them in and headed straight to bed, see their arrival picture through our Freedom Gate.

We are going to need your help with their vetting and care, it cost us over $500 to transport them to The Farm. Any amount you can donate would be gratefully received.

I have spent time with them today. Frankie is very dependent on Freya and is definitely the more timid of the two. At this time we think a home that can take both of them together would be the best outcome.

They are both about a year old and Freya has already had a litter of puppies. It always disgusts me that people will breed a puppy for money.

Aside from being very thin and scared they seem to be in pretty good shape, but we will need to get them to our Vet for a wellness check up to make sure there are no other issues.

Freya and Frankie are going to need time to decompress and realize that their life is only going up from here. We are kenneling them next to each other, but until we get them fixed we can’t let them spend unsupervised time together.

More to come on these beauties, stay tuned!

They are now barking and growling at staff upon kennel approach. Fearful and confused. **Information from owners were that they had two young children in the home that the dogs did well with. • DOG INTERACTION: One on one dog testing at shelter pending, too stressed day of intake to evaluate.
